The auto-dialing program sequentially attempts to reach subscribers in automatic mode, moving from one number to the next until a response is received.

Sequence of Actions

A contact database is loaded into the CRM for calling. The system automatically distributes it among operators as tasks and launches predictive dialing — if the client picks up, the call is routed to a available call center operator.

Auto-Dialer Actions

When a subscriber answers, the system plays a voice message. If the line is busy or unanswered, it retries after a short interval, cycling through all available numbers. If unreachable after a set number of attempts, the task is automatically closed.
